Use of WorkBank is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple's Standard EULA is the controlling license agreement for use of the application.

1. Use of the Application

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WorkBank for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to Apple's terms and this page.

2. Data and Responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for protecting the device, files, and backups. WorkBank is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.

3. Subscriptions

Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription. The duration and localized price are shown before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple under App Store terms.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the user's Apple account settings before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's applicable timing requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights in the application, design, name, content, and software remain with their respective owners. The application may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or exploited except as permitted by law and Apple's agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

The application must not be used for unlawful activity, service disruption, subscription circumvention, or unauthorized access to data or systems.

7. Disclaimer

WorkBank is provided as available and to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users are responsible for reviewing transactions, reports, and backups before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WorkBank is not liable for indirect losses or data loss resulting from misuse, app deletion, device loss, or failure to maintain a backup.
